Configure Browser for SOCKS Proxy

With the SOCKS proxy up and running, all that’s left to do is to configure your web browser to use it. The specific steps to do this vary depending on your browser.

Most modern browsers provide proxy configuration in their settings or preferences section. Please refer to your specific browser’s documentation for the exact steps to configure a SOCKS proxy.

Regardless of which browser you use, you’ll need the following information to configure your SOCKS proxy:

  • Proxy Type: SOCKS5
  • Host: localhost
  • Port: 8080 (or your custom configured port)

After configuring your browser to use the SOCKS proxy, you’ll be able to access the Fuzzball web UI directly from your local browser.
